About Me

Team Roush
In 2008, I began eating a Gluten Free diet (doctor ordered). At first, I was devastated because I Love to bake and how was I supposed to do that without wheat? My husband and I were both still in college, so I went about experimenting with mostly inexpensive ingredients and flours that I could make myself. I love to MODify recipes for people on modified diets.
